In this episode we will talk about The Arthavruksha’s Framework of Investing into companies and businesses.
First understand what the company does.
Know The business in which the company operates and get overview of whole companies business.
Understand the value chain of the industry to know where profit pool lies.
Understand the whole chain of sector to get where the major profits lie and check if your company is in that profit pool.
Then check if the company can give 20-25% growth.
Then do fundamental analysis of the company
Check The companies balance sheet, Income statements and Cash flow analysis.
After all the above criteria if the company survives then
Do Technical analysis of the company to know where to enter into the stock.
Follow a strategy that suits you and in which you are comfortable in Technical analysis.
